Learn how to regain your energy, optimism and hope! Join Sandi Robinson, Community Educator and Caregiver, for four weeks of tips, talks and activities to help you cope with your role as a caregiver. Programming for persons needing care will be offered through the Seniors Life Enhancement Centre (must be pre-arranged).
