Learning more about Storiicare (Virtual Option)

We will be hosting information sessions about Storiicare (our Electronic Health Record system) and the Caregiver Council.

We have transitioned our client records to an electronic health record system, Storiicare.  As part of this process, we are updating our records and would like to collect your most current information. Through this process, you will also be given the opportunity to register for the Storiicare Family portal, which will allow you to:

• See live participation information
• Receive secure messages from staff, and
• Access our monthly program calendar.

This session will cover what Storiicare is, what information we collect and what you can expect when you sign up for the family portal. We will also offer one-to-one support to get you on the portal!
